Friend -- You may have heard that Dorje Shugden is the main practice of the NKT. This is not true. As with all Buddhist traditions, the main practice of the NKT is going for refuge to the Three Jewels of Buddha, Dharma and Sangha. As with all Mahayana Buddhist traditions, the main practice of the NKT is also generating bodhichitta. This allegation is part of a smear campaign to discredit Geshe Kelsang and the New Kadampa Tradition.
